Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vaniella protein powder
  • ½ cup / 40 g dry rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup / 30 g almond flour
  • ⅓ cup / 80 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup / 65 g all-natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup / 25 g unsalted sliced almonds, chopped
Instructions

  1. Combine protein powder, oats, and almond flour in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Add almond milk and almond butter; mix well with a spatula or clean hands until it forms a thick batter.
  3. Roll mixture into 15 balls, each about 1-inch in size.
  4. Roll balls in almonds.
  5. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
