I am noticing more definition in my arms. I see slight changes on my face. I see changes in my stomach, it seems flatter and not sitting as high. I feel like my hips are looking slightly smaller. Happy Friday Coach!!! I have some amazing news I just put on a pair of pants that I absolutely love but haven't been able to fit in for years. I am excited for this years journey and so happy to be on it with you. I am feeling stronger and leaner. I have lost over 30 lbs and over 25 inches; all in six months. I have my confidence back. I have even done a professional photo shoot. I hated getting my picture taken six months ago. I even went for a promotion at work. I got my life back.
I really wish my bat wings would leave faster...and my stomach (which I always suck in for photos) ...LOL But I am much much more ahead since October, which I realize. I know this new program will continue to help.

I did all my workouts and added some abs. Workouts have been so a 10/10 on those. I continue to increase my strength and my clothes are fitting better. I am leaner especially in my mid-section; around my waist. I can also see definition in my arms.
