Avoid linking celebration to food or alcohol, as this undermines your metabolic goals. Instead, choose rewards that support your self-care and resilience:

After 1 Week of Consistency

Buy yourself that new book, download a favorite album, or take an extra-long, uninterrupted bath.

After 1 Month of Consistency

Treat yourself to a new piece of workout gear, a massage, or a solo date to a museum or quiet coffee shop.

After 3 Months of Consistency

Invest in a new wellness gadget, or plan a weekend retreat dedicated to rest and recovery.

2. Celebrate the Small Wins

Don’t wait until you hit a specific number on the scale. Celebrate the small, crucial victories:

  • “I drank water instead of soda at lunch today.”
  • “I stopped working at 9 PM to get my 8 hours of sleep.”
